While uploading/downloading user program in simocode, it shows some common errors.
Like " Can not download because motor is in operation" even when motor is not running or simocode is not in operation.....then what to do ..
Simply do following steps ...it always works for me..
It happens because If simocode power is "ON" , it starts simulating previously downloaded program.
To avoid this
a) Take upload of the program from simocode .... save that file ....modify according to your requirement ....download it to simocode.
If this doesn't work
a) Remove profibus connector & try to download the program
if still showing errors then
b) Remove all Input/Output connections ( DI/DO AI/AO hard wiring connections) of simocode except 24V Supply connection & try again. If problem still persists CLEAR simocode program in simocode memory by long pressing "Reset" button on simocode . Connect only simocode power supply ( 24V) cables & then try to upload/download user program . This is sure shot solution. :-)
